How long does setup take?

Setup is instant after we receive your payment. That means no lengthy wait times! Get playing right away! If for some reason your server was not automatically setup, please submit a ticket to our support system, so we can resolve it.

What happens if I miss a payment or do not pay for my server?

If you do not pay for your server, you have 7 days after it goes overdue to pay for it. If it is not paid for within those 7 days it will get suspended. The server will stay in a suspended state for 5 days from then. After which the files will be terminated.

If I need to reach you whats the best way?

We can not stress this enough, if anyone needs help the best solution is to submit a support ticket. This way our specialist can assist you anyway possible.

Do you allow us to use any mods or server jars we want?

Yes! We allow you to upload any jar file you wish. This is because we provide you with full FTP file access to your server.

Can I manage my plugins and add new ones myself?

Yes! We give you full access to all the files on your server. This allows you to easily upload and manage your files for your server right from Multicraft or any third-party FTP client.
